All services provided by the company AI-FIT. expire for all legal and contractual purposes immediately after the period of subscription
Being legally typified as a distance and electronic commerce contract, expressly regulated by Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February and later amended by Law No. 47/2014 of 28 July, considered as a service provision contract and effective delivery of digital content, not provided in material form, the consumer expressly acknowledges that after such delivery by the service provider, he loses and waives the right of free resolution or repentance, pursuant to Article 17 (1) (ii). of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.
In the event of a dispute, and for the purposes of service, the consumer's conventional domicile will be provided with whatever is indicated by him for billing purposes.
Without prejudice to recourse to judicial courts and entities for the Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes, the consumer may complain to ai-fit.me of acts or omissions that violate legal rules, applicable regulations or contractual terms, and must implement and substantiate the terms of the complaint, which may be presented at the company's headquarters.

Complaints submitted under the terms of the previous paragraphs will be decided by AI-FIT and notified to the complaining consumer within a maximum period of 30 thirty. days from the date of receipt.
The Contract is governed by Portuguese law.
